Background

Apple Watch has changed fitness tracking, especially those inspired by the Tour de France, lack a personalised experience that immerses them in real life. My concept provides users with an interactive way to create and experience their own Tour de France.

Challenge

Cyclists who enjoy the Tour de France often lack a way to replicate the challenge. Current fitness tracking apps focus on statistics but do not provide an immersive experience.

The concept integrates into the Apple Watch’s fitness ecosystem, providing:

    Users can map out their own multi-stage routes.

  • Virtual Challenges
    Compete with friends or real data from past events.

  • Adaptive Coaching
    Coaching provides suggestions based on user progress.

  • AR Enhancements
    iPhone integration displays real-time race progress.

Outcome

My concept bridges the gap between fitness tracking and real life cycling experiences, leveraging Apple Watch’s capabilities to create a personalised, engaging, and motivating tool for cycling fans.

By enhancing the cycling experience through personalisation and competition, This concept keeps users motivated and connect to the racing experience.
