Costa X needed a high converting microsite for Host Milano, a fast-paced trade show. The microsite had to load instantly, work via QR code access , and engage three B2B audiences; hospitality, offices, and franchises. It would serve as a launchpad for new products, capturing leads and driving engagement among a more digitally fluent demographic.

However, limited pre-launch testing led to some users skipping content, and older devices struggled with performance thus highlighting the need for more cross device QA.
